Recorded in Lipinsky Hall at UNC Asheville during her undergraduate studies, Noirette served as Leivi’s senior competency project for the B.S. in Music Technology. Written, recorded, mixed, and mastered by her, the EP reflects both the program’s rigorous technical training and her distinct artistic voice. With its lush, sultry textures and flashes of raw clarity, Noirette stands as the culmination of her academic work and the introduction to her sound as a recording artist and audio engineer.
